In Metal Trade, most crucial challenge is to assure quality of shipment. And in many instances, it has been observed that there are disputes leading to litigations when composition of received goods does not seem to match the Purchase Order. To avoid such eventualities, it is best to have Quality of goods verified by a trusted Third-Party Inspection Agency. Such an agency can be nominated by the Purchaser. When discrepancies arise after shipment of goods, such an Agency can be appointed through mutual consent of both Purchaser and Seller. The name of Agency can also be included in LC Terms in case of International Shipment whereby such an Agency will be nominated upon disputes. The terms can also specify who will bear the associated costs.
