Coke & Coal Testing

We are an ISO 17020 accredited Inspection Body with Coke & Coal Sampling as one of the scopes of accreditation and currently we do more than 1 million MT per month of sampling at various Collieries / Ports / Receiving End. Using the experience gained in the field of Inspection, we have extended our services into Testing and Analysis by setting up in-house Testing facilities for Coke & Coal and Minerals. The Laboratories are conveniently located near our current major operations and also at our Headquarters for operational efficiency.

We are a ISO 17025:2017 accredited laboratory. Our services are as per latest national/international standards and we constantly monitor and improve our operations which ensures that our Laboratories are operating at maximum efficiency and are extremely accurate.

Need of characterization
For utilization of fossil fuel in different industries such as power, steel, cement, fertilizer, railways, domestic consumption, brick kiln, textile, sugar, tea, glass, pottery, refractory, carbon industries and other chemical industries, Characterization of fossil fuel is essential.

Our Laboratories are equipped with latest fully automatic highly precise bomb calorimeters, accurate precision balances and other related equipment’s.

Analysis of Coal, Coke and other solid fossil fuel and above all sampling of same provided by our Third-Party Inspection unit.

Our expert staff of Engineers, Chemists and Lab Technicians is well trained, experienced and accompanied by technical experts having extensive experience in the field. Each Laboratory Head has 35+ years of experience heading the laboratory in this field. We also deploy trained and qualified manpower at Client Laboratories as per their requirement.

We have adequate resources to carry out analysis of 500+ samples per month at each location and continuously exploring for further expansion in other related fields.
